How is rent collection handled?

There are a few different ways we can collect rent! Tenants can pay through our online portal, Rentvine, or they can drop off their checks.
How long of a lease do you sign?

Our typical leases are 12 months, but we can offer 24 month leases as well.
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

Typically one month’s rent.
